many thanks for brilliant week. I could not have dreamt I would have
enjoyed myself as much as I did. I learned a lot, wow there was so much
good stuff to remember, including how to sidestep anything the weather
may wish to throw at us. I ate a lot and due to the quality of produce
and cooking did not put any weight on. I met some very nice people and
hope to meet up with them again. I slept very well every night and some
of that is due to you both beavering away until late, every night, to
ensure we were all entirely happy with each day. And finally, I got to
know my camera better, I tweak it gently and it gives me its best
shot! Hope to be back to see you both soon”
